Commercial Facilities Company posted a 14% increase in profits for the year ended 31/12/2018
Commercial Facilities Company announced a profit of KD9.934 million dinars, 20 fils per share for the year ended 31/12/2018 compared to a profit of KD8.715 million dinars, 17 fils per share for the same period of 2017, a 14% increase in profits.
The Board of Directors recommends to the General Assembly the distribution of cash dividends to the shareholders of the company by 17% (17 fils per share) for the financial year ended 31/12/2018. (Subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly and the regulatory bodies)
